Dr. Gregory Adey was born and raised in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. He attended the University of Delaware, followed by medical school at Jefferson Medical College in Philadelphia. He then performed his surgical and urologic training with the Harvard Program in Urology, at the Brigham and Women's Hospital and the Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center in Boston.
Dr. Adey has been recognized with Alpha Omega Alpha Medical Honor Society membership. He is also the recipient of the Pfizer Outstanding Scholar in Urology (2004, 2005) and the Gerald P. Murphy - American Urologic Association Scholar (2005) Awards. Dr. Adey has published multiple articles in medical journals and book chapters, and has given presentations at national meetings.
Dr. Adey's specialties are the treatment of all types of urologic cancers, kidney stones, erectile dysfunction, and benign prostatic hypertrophy (BPH).
Dr. Adey and his family moved to Maine in 2005.
