Caitlin M. Koehler was born and raised on Cape Cod, Massachusetts.  She obtained a Bachelor of Science degree as a biology major at Tufts University located in Medford, Massachusetts.  Caitlin completed her graduate nursing education at Boston College specializing in adult health.  Clinical rotations were done in Boston hospitals and surrounding health centers, including Tufts New England Medical Center, Massachusetts General Hospital and Harvard Vanguard Associates.   She moved to Portland after graduating from Boston College in the spring of 2006.

Caitlin is a member of the Honor Society of Nursing, Sigma Theta Tau International and a member of the Maine Nurse Practitioner Association.
